Carolyn Manuel

Funeral services for Carolyn Marie Manuel will be held on Thursdays April 8, 2010 at 10:00 am in the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Krotz Springs. The interment will be in the church cemetery. Fr. Mark Ledoux will conduct the services.

Ms. Manuel, age 54, a resident of Krotz Springs, died Monday April 5, 2010 at her residence in Krotz Springs.

Survivors include her brother David Manuel and wife Crystal of Baton Rouge, aunts Vesta Meche Soileau and husband James of Pearl River, Connie Meche Lanclos and husband Collins of Port Barre, Shirley Meche Verret of Port Barre and Gayle Meche of Port Barre, uncles Marion James Meche and wife Patsy of Breaux Bridge and John Meche of Arnaudville, nephews Kim Michael Leger of Baton Rouge, Dale Manuel of Baton Rouge, Stephen Manuel of Baton Rouge and Austin Manuel of Zachary and nieces Dawn Massey of Amite, Gabrielle Manuel of Denham Springs and Deanna Manuel of Church Point.

Preceded in death by her parents Joseph Gerry Manuel and Jane Meche Manuel, brother Ricky Manuel and a sister Lena Leger.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and will reopen on Thursday at 8:00 am. A rosary will be recited Wednesday at 6:15 pm.
