The family of infant Caroline Reese Cranford would like to invite family and friends to visit at the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until service time. A Rosary will be led by Caroline's great uncle, Deacon Dwayne Joubert at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by the Reverend James Brady, followed by the Rite of Committal at the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. Readers during Mass will be her Godmother, Katie Cranford Bamber and Carlos Lucito.
Caroline was born on August 31, 2015 in Houston, TX at Women's Hospital of Texas at 11:35 a.m.
She is survived by her parents, Chad and Stacy Robison Cranford of Houston, TX; maternal grandparents, Joe and Desiree Pitre Robison of Opelousas, LA; paternal grandparents, Bill and Chris Waguespack Cranford of Prairieville, LA; maternal great-grandmother, Velta Bajat of Opelousas, LA; paternal great-grandmother, Jackie Waguespack of Thibodaux, LA; aunts and uncles, Brad and Erin Robison Coney, Matt Robison (Godfather), Bill and Rebecca Cranford, James and Katie Cranford Bamber (Godmother); cousins, Bennett, Mason, Charlotte, Madeleine, Ally, Matthew, and William.
Caroline is preceded in death by her unborn sibling due to miscarriage; her maternal great-grandparents, James and Maxine Robison, Antoine "Toe" Bajat and Joe Pitre; paternal great-grandparents, Albert Waguespack, Sr., Houston and Ivy Cranford.
Pallbearer will be her Godfather, Matt Robison. Honorary pallbearers will be James Bamber, Brad Coney, and Bill Cranford.
Donations may be made in Caroline's name to the Rise School of Houston at riseschool.org.
LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
