Funeral services for Bobby Gene Smith, II are incomplete at this time.

Bobby, age 40, a resident of Lafayette died on May 28, 2011. He worked as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer Burleigh Smith of Lafayette, LA, his mother Peggy Winfiele Smith of St. Martinville, one daughter Allison Smith of Lafayette, sisters Suzahn Smith of Arizona and Paula Bordelon of Opelousas.

Preceding him in death was his father Bobby Gene Smith I, maternal grandmother Myrtis Winfiele and sister Emmy Smith.

Visitation will be held at the LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Opelousas, on Wednesday June 1, 2011 from 5 P.M. 10 P.M .

Bobby was an extraordinary husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed always.
