Bobby Ryder

Melville A Memorial Service will be held for Bobby Paul Ryder at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2013, in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home Chapel in Melville, LA. Reverend Sam Hamm will conduct the memorial service.

Mr. Ryder, age 65, a resident of Melville, La., died on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, La.

Bobby will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

Survivors are his sons, Michael Todd Ryder and Jeremy Hebert his daughters, Annette Lundy, Michelle Ryder and Carrie Ryder. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, Al, Nicholas, Brandon, Kenny, Jr., Michael, Kinsey, Cristina, Caitlan, James, Jaden, Joseph, Jacob, Jonathan, Aeriana, Jeremy, Brylon, Casen and 3 greatgrandchildren, Devin, Alexander and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gurvis and Sable Matthews Ryder and his siblings, Gurvis A. Ryder, Jr., Donald R. Ryder and Deidre L. Ryder.

Visiting will begin at the LaFondArdoin Funeral Home of Melville on Saturday, December 7, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
