Beverly "Blondie" Thibodeaux

Opelousas - Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019 at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville. Reverend Father Darren Eldridge will officiate the Mass. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Leo the Great Catholic Cemetery.

Beverly Thibodeaux, age 73 and a resident of Leonville, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Opelousas General Health Systems.

Beverly enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and doing yardwork. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her son, Gregory Thibodeaux and his wife, Tammy; daughter, Angela M. Thibodeaux and her husband, Paul; brothers, Harold Miller and his wife, Carol Ann, Daly Miller and Lee Vern Miller; sisters, Delores Miller and Gloria Bezet and her husband, Ron; sister-in-law, Merel Miller; brother-in-law, George Stoute; grandchildren, Joseph LeBlanc, Quentin LeBlanc and Delia Gayle Richard; and great-grandchildren, Anthony LeBlanc, Ava LeBlanc, Kaiden Keith Washington and Kaitlyn Gary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Numa Paul Thibodeaux; father, Joseph Clifton Miller; mother, Verna Mae Miller; brother, Joseph Lawrence Miller; brother, Joseph Miller, Jr.; sister, Anna Lee Trahan; sister Patsy Gail Miller; sister, Verna Mae Stoute; brother, James Ray Miller; sister-in-law, Linda Miller; father-in-law, Joseph Claude Thibodeaux; and mother-in-law, Ruth Caillier Thibodeaux.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in the Skip Montet Chapel at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Opelousas. A Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. Visitation will continue Friday, June 21, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
