Beverly Castille

Funeral services for Beverly Bobbie Burris Castille will be held on Monday October 29, 2012 at 2:00pm in the LafondArdoin Funeral Home in Opelousas. The interment will take place at the Little Red Church Cemetery in Bellevue. Rev. Benny Reppond will conduct the services.

Mrs. Castille, age 84, a resident of Bellevue, died Saturday October 27, 2012 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Arnaudville, an avid Bowler and animal lover especially her dogs, Poco and Chico. She also enjoyed crafts and arts of different sorts and spending many hours in her yard taking care of an assortment of flowers.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Raleigh Castille of Bellevue, daughters, Jackie Guidry and husband Frank of Arnaudville, Susan Delcombre and husband Kenneth of Arnaudville and Pat LaHaye of Opelousas, Step son, Arthur Castille of Baton Rouge, step daughter, Brenda Cuellar and husband Jose of Duncanville, TX, brother in law, Armand Castille, sisters in law, Betty McKinney and Marlene Miller all of Opelousas and 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Allen Singleton and a sister, Marjorie Lindsey.

The family has requested visitation be held on Sunday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm and will reopen on Monday at 9:00am until time of services.

Pallbearers will be Frank Guidry, Jose Cuellar, Chris Guidry, Armand Castille, Kenny McKinney and Raymond Ganye.
