Jason Lane

Krotz Springs – Funeral services will be held for Jason William Lane at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs, LA. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jason William Lane, age 34, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

Jason was an artistic person.  He was a classic Chevy Car enthusiast, loved listening to music and collecting vinyl records. He enjoyed looking at the stars through his telescope and recently became interested in writing.  Jason loved being outdoors, fishing and hiking.  He mostly enjoyed his time he spent with his daughter, Paige.  He was an avid football fan and loved cheering on the New Orleans Saints.  Jason was a loving father, son, brother, and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jason is survived by his daughter, Paige Nicole Lane; his mother, Donna Lane; his brothers, John Lane and Jody Lane and wife, Kelly Lane.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Lane, and his grandparents, Arvel James and Edna Crow, James Lane and Ruby and John Henry Harmon and Donald and Jerry Doubleday.

The family would like to send a special thanks to his aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends who were always there for Jason.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to defray funeral costs.
