I am so very sorry for your loss of Miss Alice. She seemed like a well loved person in the community. It is hard to loss someone you love. Even Jesus cried when his friend Lazarus died. I love this scripture and find such comfort in it. 2 Corthians 1:3-4 says "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. Jehovah is a God of comfort. Revalation 21:3-4 speaks about a time when pain and crying will be no more niether will mourning or death. Wouldn't it be wonderful to live during a time like that? I hope you can fine some measure of comfort from these scriptures.
Again I am so sorry for your loss...
